Commish's Take
JT's best game of the year
TY is snake bitten, especially with the zebras, had a TD an 2 catches taken way from him today The zebras called everything against us today I hate the slow starts by the defense. How can this be fixed? Is it really a Darius Leonard thing? Patmon and Fountain inactive? Maybe they are not that good? Blackmon has so outplayed Hooker, it's crazy I guess we can throw away the dump Rivers rhetoric for 2 weeks I might like to see AJ Green on this team, if we're going to make a SB push this year. It's just a one year rental Okereke is playing damn good football Don't know what Ya-sin was doing on that deep ball, but you should always follow a WR down the sideline Special teams as always were great today Last edited by YDFL Commish; 10-18-2020 at 07:02 PM. I think Patmon impressed the Colts during the abbreviated camp - supposedly he reported to camp in phenomenal shape. The beat writers also indicated that he started to make plays towards the end of camp and "forced" his way onto the roster. But I think the shortened camp really hurt the development of a few members of this year's rookie class. Not just writing about the Colts rookie class - but league wide. Good to see Tyquan Lewis contributing finally. Team desperately needs Turay back though. They go through to many long stretches with no pressure.

That fumble by Doyle on the 2nd play may be the weirdest play I’ve ever seen. He just flat out dropped it, without being touched. When that happened I thought, well, it’s gonna be one of those days. I thought Reich messed up by not running more once they got the lead. They should have been pounding it with Taylor and they just kept chucking it. And it almost came back to bite them in the ass when Rivers threw the pick. |

Okereke and Blackmon are studs. Okereke is always going to be overshadowed by Leonard, but it is interesting how little attention he gets by fans and the media. Blackmon has been simply outstanding for a rookie who cam in off an injury.

They should sign David Irving. Who gives a shit if he gets fined for smoking weed. He pressures the QB.

Jack Doyle's fumble on the Colts' first possession of the game set the tone for the overall team disaster of a 1st quarter. Doyle would eventually wind up catching 2 additional passes, including an amazing TD reception that I don't think he would have dropped if somebody were pointing a gun at his head and threatening to kill him ...... Doyle was absolutely determined to make that catch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgUu2QgG1es o
