Comp Pick for Moncrief
It isn't official, but the Colts are projected to get an extra pick at the end of round 4 for losing Moncrief in free agency. With the extra 2nd rounder from the Jets, that would give the Colts 6 picks in the first 4 rounds.

Good God man, I don't recall a better off-season for the Colts.
The extra pick for Moncrief was always possible, but I don't think anyone saw it as likely.
