I think Rodgers wants to keep Joe Philbin. That's what he is saying anyway. I think Phlbin was his OC when they won the SB.

Btw, wrong forum

Chuckie's winning record is going to be his selling point, and he will be able to bullshit his way through blaming the organizational mess totally on Grigson, whose reputation around the league is poor. What I want to know, though, is who he's going to blame his perpetually weak colts defenses on? Wasn't he supposed to be a defensive guru? His monster didn't scare anyone and made the most pitiful of QBs look like GOATS. That alone should get him benched for other candidates. JMO

If they are going to hire a puppet, I couldn't think 2 better candidates, unless of course Jason Garrett becomes available.

This is hilarious to me considering how most colt fans feel about these guys.

o

At least with the Colts, Caldwell and Pagano were coaching NFL teams (as head coaches) for the first time ever ........ so you could at least put up a modest argument that the Colts didn't know what they were getting themselves into when they hired them.

But NOW ........ now that it has become abundantly clear just how bad they are as NFL head coaches ........ anybody who even considers bringing them on at the helm deserves anything and everything that they get.

At least the Bears weren't stupid enough to hire Pagano as their head coach.

I think we are in an era where there isn't great coaching in the NFL. I'm thankful we didn't get that Billichick assistant since they never really fan out.
