I am glad Ballard is not willing to quickly trade off Brisset. Unfortunately, Luck has been injured often, we need a quality back up to be able to relieve him if he needs to sit out a few games. Brissett is worth more than the 4th or lower picks I suspect teams offered.

Unless there is MAJOR o-line improvement this year, we need to ADD QBs

Luck will not last 5 games as is

Or a strategy by the coaching staff. Getting the ball out quicker is a good strategy regardless of your OL talent.

Some fans never realized how bad some of those Manning o-lines were because he was getting the ball out and setting extra protection where it was needed.
