He has failed to instill a culture of accountability. He's failed to instill a culture that respects and nurtures veteran leadership. Those are Pagano's jobs, and he is not successful. How can a coach instill a culture of accountability when he is not willing or not able to do his own job?

So no, Pagano didnt cause the ball to slide through Donte's hands. He did create a culture where Donte is not accountable for it, no one will step up and rip Donte's ass for it because there are no such leaders on this team.
