I think the deal they offered him last year was pretty good. It was 5 million over the next highest guy at his position. But he refused it, so I don't know how much he is actually looking for.

Would you sign with the Colts with an uncertain QB situation in a state that is inland and colder for the same money as a coastal City in a temperate climate with a team who has been constantly competitive? It would take a fair amount more for me to sign with the Colts unless I was a native, this is not hard math here. Once Luck comes back and proves he is still a top 10 QB then players will want to come here on fair contracts.
