Hahaha! I missed it doing my night routine so I can go to work in the morning. I called that one out the other day. I wonder if it was someone's alt.

So you miss Wentz/Reich? HAHA

I'm not absolutely sure, but since he didn't slide feet-first, I think that he isn't down until he is touched.

In Super Bowl XXII between the Redskins and the Broncos in January of 1988, Doug Williams was ruled to have given himself up when he twisted his ankle and simply flipped the ball in the air as he fell on his back ...... but that was different because he was clearly hurt and in pain, and he literally flipped the ball in the air as he went down because of the agony that he was in.

In this case Ryan wasn't injured, and he didn't slide feet-first, so I don't know how or why they would rule him down before he was touched.

Saturday isn't a coach; He's a player. There's a difference (as we'll continue to see).

I've said it before, we are in QB hell right now.
I've been saying that since Luck " retired "!! It will be at least 3 more years of this shit, and thats if they draft a competent QB !!

Yep first game was all emotion… and I believe the raiders were expecting Sam to start so that worked to our benefit

One play I heard the defender call out the pass play and he still ran exactly what dude called out for no gain… like what fuckin 17 year vet does that???

Sad shit… Lucas oil will be a great host to opposing teams fans because that shits about to be empty like Hoosier dome in the 90s

I thought it was he is live till he is touched, did they make a QB exception to it?

Wentz? Definitely no. Reich, Ehh I don’t like in season change but whatever. I’m just saying at least we would have a better shot with that team last year with the running game. This year, I don’t see an advantage to pushing for the playoffs.

But it’s not just him. Literally the entire offensive staff can say something.
