ESPN has very little. Guess he tore his ACL in the pac 12 champ game. Found this blurb.

Like the Blackmon pick. He stood out on film as I was watching other players as I recall. Colts needed a S for big nickle packages.

I don't think so. Blackmon and Willis are more of the big nickel/box safety type of players. I think Blackmon signifies that Geathers won't be back and the Colts want to have a good big nickel package.

Which feed were you watching? I was watching the ESPN and they showed some highlights (which were really impressive BTW) and said that he started at CB for 2 years then switched to S and was all PAC 12 and 2nd team AA. Also, said he tore his ACL in the PAC 12 championship game. One of the commentators said that he was happy to see him drafted here b/c he's a really productive play maker and was concerned he'd drop b/c of his injury.

I’ll reserve judgment on Blackmon until I see him play.
Lol. Upon viewing some YouTube highlights, I realized that one of the highlights they showed of Pittman was him abusing Blackmon on a touchdown catch. Although, to be fair, I believe that was Blackmon’s 2nd game at safety. Seems like a guy with good athleticism and average instincts. |
