QB Joe Flacco will start for the Colts today.

Anthony Richardson is the emergency QB.

Shane Steichen told our CBS Sports team that Richardson is “very close,” but he wants him to be fully himself - and fully healthy - before getting back out.

Flacco got plenty of first team reps this week.

If Richardson is not 100% healthy, I would rather have Flacco playing ...... he could further injure his oblique, and his mobility will be compromised if it is not fully healed.

Oblique injuries can be difficult to treat, and have a high recurrence rate for those who try to play without it being fully healed.

If the standard for Richardson playing in the NFL is "100% health", then he'll never play beyond the first couple games of every season.

Seems like the coaching staff is treating him w/ kid gloves, which IMO is not the right thing to do. He needs to learn to play when he's not 100%.

Now if the medical staff thinks he should be held out then that's a different story.

Speaking of Lawrence Da Bears skull fucked the Jagoffs 35-16 with 6 of those points happening during mop up time after the Bears were up 35-10.
