Colts Roster Cuts
The NFL has altered the roster management rules this year. There is now a 3 step cutdown process instead of one big cutdown day which has been in place for the last few years.
Teams have to cut down to 85 players today and 80 on Aug. 24 before the final cuts on Aug. 31. The Colts made the following moves today to reach the 85 player limit: - waived TE Graham Adomitis and RB Darius Anderson - placed DE Damontre Moore on the Injured Reserve list - waived-injured WR Quartney Davis and CB Nick Nelson.
