Then again Nelson could turn out to be one of the best LT's in the game. They must see potential or they wouldn't have tried him there nor continue to talk about that as a possibility......

The top available in my opinion are:

1. Penei Sewell, Oregon (I figure he goes to Dolphins at #3)
2. Christian Darrisaw, Virginia Tech
3. Rashawn Slater, Northwestern
4. Sam Cosmi, Texas
5. Alex Leatherwood, Alabama
6. Liam Eichenberg, Notre Dame

I feel that the Dolphins, Cardinals, Redskins and Bears, along with the Colts could go with an OT. If my rankings are close that should leave Leatherwood or Eichenberg available at pick #21 ? Pure speculation... Personally I go with the Eichenberg and put him next to Nelson.
If we could get Darrisaw or Cosmi and line them with Nelson, that side of the line will be set for another decade. I know a lot less about Leatherwood and Eichenberg, but at least he and Nelson could wax nostalgic about good old South Bend.

Still like Eichenberg @ 1.21 doubt he makes it to our 2nd round pick or any of these guys.

But could be there early second round if we trade back a bit. Ballard seems to like to do that but I hope it isnt too far and we can pick up a 10 year bookend.

Left tackle prospect Samuel Cosmi of Texas has a perfect RAS score of 10

https://relativeathleticscores.com/r...PlayerID=18005

For comparison. Smith and Nelson had a 9.72 and 9.67 respectively.

Cosmi would be a great addition @21, just not sure will be available. Quite a few teams Dolphins, Cardinals, Redskins and Bears, along with the Colts could go with an OT.

He should be there. There will be a run on tackles maybe in the late 1st early second. I can see them trading down for more picks if FA doesn’t progress any more.

Major shake-up in this year's draft order through two trades:

The 49'ers and Dolphins swapped picks 1.03 and 1.12. The 49'ers will also send the Dolphins first round picks in 2022 and 2023 along with other draft compensation.

The Dolphins then traded back up to 1.06 by swapping picks with the Eagles. The Dolphins will send one of their 2022 first round picks to the Eagles (I haven't seen the conditions on the 2022 first round pick yet). If the Wentz trade condition is met, Philly may end up with 3 first round picks in 2022.

Updated draft order:

1) Jaguars
2) Jets
3) 49ers (from HOU through MIA)
4) Falcons
5) Bengals
6) Dolphins (from PHI)
7) Lions
8) Panthers
9) Broncos
10) Cowboys
11) Giants
12) Eagles (from SF through MIA)

Evan Sidery @esidery

#Colts have virtually met with Oklahoma State OT Tevin Jenkins multiple times throughout the pre-draft process, per source. Indy also was in attendance for Jenkins’ Pro Day.

Keep an eye on Jenkins being one of their top targets at No. 21 to potentially

Well the concerns with Jenkins were athleticism and arm length, and he blew those out of the water with 36 reps of 225, a 4.9 40, and 33 1/2" arms (81" wingspan). That combined with his tape...he has to be in the mix for OT2 now, and he's certainly not as locked in to RT as I initially thought.
