That was a horrible ) NON-CHALLENGE ) by Andy Reid on 3rd down, at the Ravens' 13-yardline. That's a potential game-changer. o

Back-to-back turnovers by the Ravens when they were deep in Chiefs territory is somewhat reminiscent of the Colts turning the ball over 4 times against the Jets in similar situation in Super Bowl III. o

Hoping and waiting for the seconds to tick off of the clock in order to end this game in the Chiefs' favor is mildly reminiscent of when the 1980 US Olympic ice hockey team had a 1-goal lead against the Soviet Union, and everybody that was rooting for them couldn't wait for the final whistle. o

Good job, Chiefs. Among the final four, the only team I did not want to see win the Super Bowl was the Ravens.
All good now. Although a Detroit Lombardi would be sweet. |

In 1957, the 49ers led by YA Tittle were well on their way to a playoff win over Bobby Layne and the Detroit Lions ...... they were up by a score of 24-7 at halftime. Layne and the Lions roared back to win that game by a score of 31-27, and then beat the Browns the next week for the world championship. 66 years later, the situations are reversed ...... the Lions led the 49ers by a score of 24-7 at halftime, with a trip to the world championship on the line. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5C39j-jqFUY o
