Eh, I don't know that you really fix the TDs he's gifting the other team. That's some pretty basic stuff.

I'd understand if it was just misreading defenses, but he just can't come off a primary, or get rid of the ball.

Yep, and on the rare occasion he gains positive yards there's a penalty that negates it.

Not gonna slam Pagano for not challenging there. I think he had it, but officials hate to change that call, so I understand the hesitation.
