I heard it is bad to start a thread the day before, but it seemed to work out okay against the Raiders. I hope Gus has a good plan for Stroud. The guy seems to be legit.

Who do you think assumes TY's dominance over the Texans ? Me, I hope JT runs 25 for 160 and 2 TD's !!! Colts 31- Texans 12.

I feel the Colts will need to score over 30 to win this game.

Either that, or the Colts' defense will need to play up to its full potential ...... which is pretty darned high. o

1. No turnovers (or roughing the punter)
2. TDs not FGs (but don't get stupid) 3. Win in the trenches 4. Refs don't fk us 82% on Hou ATS, 74% on Hou ML. Thanks a good sign. |

Varying defensive strategies would go a long way to get this done.

Think the entire thing hinges on our DL. Houston has struggled to run the ball. We need to continue that trend and shut down the run early. Then we MUST get to Stroud, we have to make him uncomfortable and get him sped up. If we sit back in zone and just continuously rush 4, even without a top shelf WR unit, he will be able to pick this secondary apart.

Agreed that our DL is going to have to play better than it has the past couple of weeks, and I doubt we will but we really should switch up our coverages. Sitting back in a soft zone today will lose us the game.
Also, no stupid ST penalties that gift them extra possessions and points. |

All the talk from national media is how Stroud shreds the cover 3… I feel like the under the radar difference in this game will be the range and tackling ability of Harrison and Cross. That puts 2 rangey guys that will come and hit you on the back end, I look for some big hits and a couple INTs from these guys tonight
