I've never been confronted by anything on my phone, but I've been slapped before and walked away from it. Also, I never said that walking away would be easy, but that still doesn't give him any excuse if he is indeed guilty of doing what he's been charged with. Unless of course she did something like stab him (ala Nick Harper's wife), which is obviously on a whole other level than breaking someone's phone and slapping them.
