The Bills have some of the best fans in the NFL, but I don't know why they are so upset by those penalties. Both were pretty clear to me. The PI might've been a bit iffy, but not a clear cut "bad call".

That's a fucking 1st down. The spot was piss poor. The initial surge on the run was clearly beyond the 1st down marker and his forward progress was stopped there. He got pushed back after forward progress just a bit behind the marker, .
