The Colts are hiring Chris Hewitt as their new secondary coach and passing game coordinator, a source confirmed.

Hewitt had been with the Ravens since 2012 in various DB coaching roles.

Chris Hewitt was with the Ravens for the past 13 years, working under prominent defensive coaches like Dean Pees, Wink Martindale, and Mike Macdonald.

Ravens tree had given Steichen some trouble in recent years, so it makes sense that he and Anarumo went to that well

The Colts are targeting veteran DBs coach Jerome Henderson for a role on their staff, sources tell me and Tom Loy.

Henderson worked for the Giants the last four years. Was previously defensive pass game coordinator for the Falcons. Has also worked for the Cowboys, Browns and Jets.
