This is ridiculous...Ballard is just going to 'rearrange deck chairs on the Titanic'.
One of the biggest problems IS Ballard and his team building practices and how much he has over-spent on his 'preferred' positions. This won't get solved until he leaves or is fired...next year is already a wipeout if Ballard is still round.
