Its like he overthinks things or just lacks basic football playcalling sense. At times he makes some great play calls and his designs for the first drives of the game are fantastic. Then he will call a screen pass when we are backed up into our endzone, or a screen pass into the the most disruptive defender in the league.

That's the last XP to me.

I don't understand what makes Reich go for it on 4th and short when they are up by two possessions in the middle of the field, but stops him from going for two to win the game.

He's been doing this too much. He's not "learning". This is who he is.

This loss really sucks feels like the season is over. I'm not sure we're able to rally for a wildcard spot. I think Irsay loves him some Reich so he will be around for the foreseeable future.

I expect the team to make a run towards the end of the year. Not sure about playoffs, but it is mostly irrelevant. They won’t go anywhere anyway. And unless Paye and Dayo solve the pass rush issue next year they won’t win anything then either.
