And even though they incorrectly ruled that Levis fumbled, it would not have mattered anyway because the defensive player that tried to lateral the ball to his teammate caught the ball ...... he had both of his arms underneath the ball, not allowing it to hit the ground.

I didn’t see it as a lateral more like he just lost it as he got up, which might tempt me to call it incomplete
