I’m interested as to why? And what do you mean by ‘care’ cause maybe I don’t ‘care’ either. Nobody should be untouchable on this team but I think Nelson comes as close as anyone

o

Robert Irsay didn't care about Joe Thomas, Ted Marchibroda, John Dutton, and Bert Jones ...... so it is possible that somebody on Planet Earth that is a Colts fan and/or is associated with the Colts feels the same way that you do about Quenton Nelson.

We don't have a legitimate QB. It's not advanced mathematics.

He's old, been paid millions, was brought in to help Andrew Luck, and hasn't had a realistic chance at winning anything since Luck quit. He's done his job well, but it's been pointless as to winning for several years now.

The list is long of NFL players who have waited until late in there careers to find team success.

Art Donovan, Bob Lilly, Jim Plunkett, Walter Payton, John Riggins, John Elway...and a host of others.

I sincerely doubt thar Big Q thinks that he is wasting his career in Indy.

Not angry or trolling, but we're back in the early 90s as far as the Colts go. I remember those days well, and this is the same.

Completely disagree. Every team needs cornerstones and Q is a foundation

I don't have any control over anything, so whatever. I'm just wondering if I've already seen the best the Colts can do within my lifetime. I'm thinking yes, but I don't know.
I know we're very average though.

While Nelson's great I kinda get what Brylok is saying in that it's too bad we don't have a player at his level at a more critical position like QB or DE.

I wouldn't go that far. I remember those days as well and the Colts were a complete laughing stock. 1-15 seasons, 20+ point underdogs, etc., etc. Things are bad now, but nowhere near that bad.

I get it. You are not pissed or upset with Nelson, just disgusted with the whole damn thing including having the only long term stud on this team for the last 10 years be a guard. Personally I love offensive line play and he has given me a ton of fun watching over the years so I love that. I hate that he is the only one. He has to be pretty disgusted with the whole program himself I would imaging.
