Hmmmm. This is the most definitive news we've heard on Geathers status. If true that will be a big boost but given how off most of their assessments have been I hate to count on anything until we see him on the field.

If Geathers comes back, I would like to see him be the primary ILB on pass downs.

The guys we have now just can't cover any TE in the league.

I've thought the same. If he can come back and pick up where he left off, we will have a chance at a really good backfield. VD, Wilson, Hairston, Geathers, and Hooker all healthy and developed would be hard to pass on.
