With a chance to put the nail in the Panthers' coffin, Minshew badly overthrew an open receiver on the sidelines ...... a catch and a first down right there would have been lights-out for the competitive phase of this game.

Sure is a lot to hide!

Bryce Young is really really bad. Carolina is absolutely fucked.

Young definitely looks like the worst of the rookie quarterback starters right now.

I actually think that this is a pretty good football team ...... remember, they beat the Ravens on their homefield in Baltimore, and they were robbed of a win against the Browns by the referees.

The combination of bad discipline by the offense (illegal motion penalties) and injuries to several key defensive backs have been weighing them down in these last 2 games against the Saints and the Panthers.

That shot with the trainers bringing water and Gatorade out during a timeout really highlights how big these players are.

Panther defense looks like the Steel Curtain against us.

I think we are a middle of the pack NFL team. Capable of playing decent football but over a prolonged period of time, not able to stay astride the top tier teams in the league.

I do believe with AR at the wheel, we probably make the playoffs this year. So I am really encouraged about the future. Though I firmly stand in the corner that we MUST give the man a lethal WR threat.

Wish I could agree. They've got some pieces in place but a lot of holes. With their schedule they could turn things around and make a run for the playoffs but describing them as "pretty good" seems awful generous at this point.
