Very excited for this day. Long wait for us and our pick. Hoping someone falls to us.

At what point would you start to consider trading up for Sweat, and what would you be willing to trade to move up? For me, if he's there at 20, I'd offer 26 and 89 to go up and get him. Otherwise stay put and take Tillery IMO. Either way, it's going to be a long wait tonight.

Jones is not likely to make it to 59, and Tillery is much better against the run than Jones. If I had my druthers, the Colts would get Sweat at 26, Tillery at 34, and the best safety at 59.

So I take it you have no concerns about Tillery's scheme fit?

Daniel Jeremiah, Mel Kiper, and Jason LaCanfora all have the Colts nabbing Jeffery Simmons with their first overall pick.
Wondering if this might be an "educated" guess... |

Matt Miller says scouts have been telling him for a few weeks that Abram is the target.

Yes, he's a tackling machine and he'd be an eraser, but 3 FFs and 2 INTs in 25 games the last two seasons isn't great. Makes me wonder if they might be higher on more balanced safeties like Savage or Rapp since they've generated more takeaways. |
