Gruden gets way too much credit for that Super Bowl. In fact he doesn't win that SB without knowing the Raiders offense better than they did. Give Dungy Tom Moore as his OC in Tampa Bay, and I'll bet he wins a SB.

After that SB season Gruden pretty much ran that franchise into the ground.
