Schuster is driving a good bit of it in the second round, and the sample size is smaller than I thought you would want for stats like this (go 5-6 years), but a good read still.
I would argue that Michael Thomas is driving a lot more of it in the 2nd round than JuJu.

I'm pretty firmly in the "get a WR later, rather than sooner" stance, but I'd have to re-consider if AJ Brown is there at 34. Saw a mock (CBS, I think) that had the Colts getting Tillery, Brown, and Taylor Rapp with their first three picks. That would be really damn impressive in the 2nd round (I see Tillery as a 5-technique in a 3-4). Brown and Rapp will probably be long gone by those spots, though.
