I saw a long commercial once for some beer company. They put political/social opposites in the same room, gave them bar furniture to put together, then played each person the other person's video spouting off about their political beliefs. And then asked them if they wanted to leave or to sit at the bar they built together, drink some beer, and talk about their differences.

I think the internet makes it really easy to hate each other. In some cases, it's fun. I like telling Dam that he's an idiot and wrong or omaha that his beer is shit and that he's an overweight loser. But it can go too far. Look at any political news story in the comment section. It's vile. These people would not say this shit to each other standing on a sidewalk or on a park bench.
