They could contend as early as next year. Rams went from 4 and 12 in 2016 to 11 and 5 last year to being considered the best team in the league this year. If in the second half of this year, the Colts show that they've learned how to win games, then next year can be very successful. And, a 29 year old Cornerback fits.
