The hard thing for me is to stomach the Pags/Grigson era. It's rare for an organization to go from a franchise QB to getting another one. I feel Luck has been wasted on poor management. I just hope he lasts a long time. It seems that Grigson created such a deep hole that I have no clue how long it will take to get out of that. We use to talk about the chances of going to the Super Bowl now the bar is really lowered.
After last week it reminded you of the same old Colts. How long do you think it will take to right this ship?

I'm actually enjoying it. I know they are not a contender this year, so I like seeing the young guys develop and become players. We have some good young players in there. A few more players and I think we will be a contender.
The Pags/Grigson era had no hope and they were here too long. Everyone was just waiting for the axe to fall, and it took forever. I applaud Irsay for his patience and faith, and I think that makes him a good owner and attractive to coaches and front office peeps despite what the media and fans say. However I think that can backfire and it took too long in the pags/grigs case.
