To be fair... Irsay fired the GM. don't have a new GM hired so he said he would roll with Pags so it was t a complete wipe of the ass that he had to deal with
talked with Ballard and told him. Get through this season and let's evaluate.

Complete change is not always the right move.... gave Pags a yr to define himseflf as a HC. which turned punt bad for Pagfuckup. But none the less showed the truth of the situation.
HCs now are not worried about coming here. Change is coming.... lets worry-y about getting that high draft pick right now
