Castonzo said Frank Reich and Chris Ballard did say they'd love for him to stick around, but he went to them with conviction. And when they saw that, they were extremely happy for him. Going out on his own terms after having accomplished a ton in his career.

Castonzo says it was really hard to keep enough weight on. He had to split his breakfasts into multiple breakfasts because it was real tough to choke it all down.

Castonzo says if Nelson does move to LT, he'll happily be a resource for him. Lots of conversations about technique.

Castonzo says he's kind of talked to Ed Dodds about getting into the personnel department at some point, maybe in the future. Used to send the scouting department detailed stuff on the guys he went against.
