I have some reservations about the pick but if he can stay healthy he certainly has top shelf potential. I would love to see him come in and set the tone for our secondary which desperately needs an identity. Draft a starting caliber corner and line him up with Davis and Butler in the slot and we could suddenly have a position of strength. Hell, if Hooker proves to be a ball hawk we could call our secondary "The Red Light District."
