well, relationships are crucial. Seems like Grigson was a true asshole - I mean, if Pat Mcafee hates you, then somethings up. And so if Grigson was an asshole to the media guys covering the Colts, I'm sure over time they took that out on him in their reporting.
So far, it sounds like Ballard is not an asshole.
