Honestly, if there isn't a game-changing LB/EDGE/boundary CB player at 15 (I think the difference between bottom half round 1 pass-rushers and rounds 2-3 available pass-rushers will be minimal at best), I think this puts Colts back in play for RB again in 1st round. There should definitely be an impact defensive player at 15.
You can get a rb later. It isn't that big of a need this year. Quality backs can be had later just like your argument with pass rushers.
We need to get a great defense. The offense can win with less at the skill positions with a guy like Luck
