If we have the QB and the coaching staff, which we're assuming we do, why be slow to acquire good, young talent? Being deliberate for the sake of being deliberate doesn't sound like a wise NFL strategy.

With a healthy Luck, competent drafting and free agency, I figure we'll be competing for a super bowl in 2020.
