That happens in a short period of time when every free agency signing works out and you have 4th and 5th round picks becoming All-Pros. Obviously coaching didn't have much to do with their success either, since they entirely changed their coaching staff in the middle of it.

Pagano left this team in MUCH more dire straits. Let’s see if we even make the postseason next year with a top 5 QB.
