His tenure has spanned 4 coaches, 2 of which Ballard led the hiring for. He is the longest tenured GM with a losing record without a major playoff run. You both want to blame fans, but Ballard stands alone because other NFL organizations have cut bait from their GMs. Not fans. NFL teams have blamed their GMs when they’ve experienced this level of mediocrity. I guess it’s really NFL teams who don’t understand the complexities.
