I don't think that anything was done wrong or incorrectly. If nothing structural was done, which is what it sounds like, he should be fine-actually better-when it heals. It is just worrisome to me to have your #1 WR unavailable (for full participation) until maybe the beginning of the season. If he is going to be a bigger part of the offense, and that would mean more and different routes I would think, missing the preseason will set that back. DJ seems to be doing well but he is in the same boat and not having Pierce to get new routes and timing down isn't ideal. ) We may have to be patient for things to start clicking.

2026 will have been 6 years since the Colts finished the season as a Bonafide contender for a conference championship ...... I don't expect Colts fans to be patient, but I am praying that the Colts' organization stays patient if the team stumbles out of the game in the first few games of the season ...... both Daniel Jones' and Alec Pierce's mobility may be in question on Opening Day.
