I agree that Leonard is far from being a good player yet. He’s got a LONG way to go.

But I REALLY liked what I saw today. He played with poise, awareness, and confidence. He is certainly no checkdown Charlie. He seemed to be fearless back there. He also has good pocket presence and was surprisingly accurate.

I don’t know if he’ll ever amount to anything but if he doesn’t, it won’t be because he doesn’t believe in himself. He and Pierce absolutely torched the Texans in the first half.

It was fun to watch.
