Steichen seems to have found his groove as a head coach. The team finally has some discipline-a difficult thing with this age of prima donnas. Add to this how he has handled Mitchell (consequences for being a fucktard. Let's hope Mitchell learns and all this is part of the growing process) When Bachie screwed up he was out of the game it seem to be a trend that the Colts won't stand for this crap. Like all organizations it has to start at the top with Carlie-we may have gotten lucky here.
