Carlie Irsay-Gordon
I just wanted to give a shout out to this woman. I like her style so much better than her dads (I know most loved Jim here. I think he was a ton better than his dad-who isn't-and loved the game deeply but I wasn't enthralled with him as an owner). Jim seemed to be a fanboy, Carlie seems like a hard ass. Jim was loud and a cheerleader big time. Carlie is quiet and businesslike on the sidelines. I love that she listens to what is being said (headphones) and takes notes. Accountability starts from the top, and this woman at least has the look of a very serious person. I think we may have a huge winner here (and all props to Jim for setting her up for this, each generation seems to be getting better at owning this team) and if that is true is more important going forward than any player or coach we have.
