Agree entirely with this comment.

I am not sure he wants football enough, is he willing to work harder than everyone else? Because that's what he needs to do. It's not just being the first in and last out of the building, it's what you do outside the work environment. Is he 100% committed, putting in the extra video work, working out with the receivers, TE's on his own? Is he paying for personal physiotherapists, a nutritionist, a masseur, taking all of the supplements to aid his bodies recovery? Does he have a chef preparing every meal.

I have read 100's of football autobiographies (i collect them), and many of the truly elite athletes do this as a matter of course, it is an investment into their career.

He seems like he is a great guy, we all know he is immensely talented, but he needs more than that to succeed at the elite level in the NFL.
