Yeah, in that case, probably just a semantics thing. I didn't use the term myself, but I'd consider it a sideline-to-sideline guy that keeps QBs from challenging as much because he reads/reacts and explodes to the ball. Stuff that does complete is tackled quickly. What were they, 4th best 20+yd completions?
Just gets to the ball with authority, may or may not rack up INTs. Whatever we call that.
