Yeah, we will see a roster turnover this year like never before. A lot of high salary guys will not be retained because their replacement is just as solid, and less expensive. That is the benefit of having great scouts who can find these guys who can replace the vets who will cost too much. That should free us the monies to fill holes via free agency. I hope Ballard at least kicks the tires on a few players who can produce at a level befitting their contract demands. (Yeah, I know that would be out of character, but he has to change methods if he wants to see us do anything beyond a seventh seed.)
