If that is the Colts philosophy it stinks. Ballard should not be deciding who we ride with.
IMO, it's the head coach and the position coaches who should be evaluating they have, because they work them every day.
In Reich's case it seemed like he relented all roster decisions to Ballard. I don't feel like Steichen is that way, especially on offense.
Maybe Steichen needs to devote a little more time to the defensive construction of this team.
