Richardson has learned from last year ...... he will take risks with his body, but only in important situations ..... if it's 3rd down and he is very close to a first down while running with the ball, he will put his head down and fight for the first down, but he WILL NOT do that on 1st and 2nd downs ...... last year, he put his head down and took on defenders on 1st down and 2nd down on numerous occasions, but he will be more prudent than that this year.

On that long runjust now, Richardson could have gotten 4 or 5 additional yards, but he chose to slide instead ...... he is definitely learning.
