Not sure this has been mentioned, but there was a penalty called on the Clowns earlier in the game. The ref announced the penalty. Five seconds later, he reversed the call with no explanation.
I have also heard the back judge who called the two penalties was the same ref who got a bad name in the Deflategate game. Dude hates the Colts
