Giving the vaccine to a large population, less of those vaccinated will get sick or die, but it doesn't mean that nobody who is vaccinated will get sick or die. Statistics cannot tell you how any individual will respond, it will tell you how a population will respond.

So you cannot tell if either are vaccinated correct?
