No need to cut him. If he recovers and his rehab is looking OK, I am sure there will be at least one team that would trade a late round draft pick for him as a lottery ticket.

However, next year will be his contract year. If he produces next year and another team signs him the following offseason, the Colts could potentially receive a comp pick.
