The cynic in me thinks that Bo Nix is rooting for the Patriots to win today's AFC Championship game.

At halftime, the Broncos have done 3 things so far that a heavy underdog needs to avoid.



1) l Gave 7 points to the Patriots by turning the ball over deep in their own territory.

2) l Passed up 3 points by going for it on 4th down 1 and failing, deep in Patriots territory.

3) l Missing a long-but-makeable 54-yard FG attempt just before halftime.

The Broncos have dominated TOP (17:57 to 12:03), Plays from Scrimmage (41 to 26), and Totals Yards (149 to 72), yet the score at halftime is tied at 7-7.

Drake Maye was clearly stopped on 4th down ...... the Broncos were robbed on that challenge.

The Seahawks' defense forced a punt ..... BUT NO !!! l Riq Woolen l gets a 15-yard penalty for taunting !!!

That 15-yard penalty results in a 1st down, Rams.

And on the very next play ...... Matthew Stafford throws a 34-yard TD pass, as Rams receiver Puka Nacua beats ....... l Riq Woolen l on the coverage !!!

Yep. He cost Seattle the chance to pretty much put the game away. Woolen dropped what should have been an Int on that play too.

And the Rams go for it on 4th and 4 inside the SEA 10 and don't make it. I think, much like the Donks, they'll regret not taking the FG there.
